Creamy Chipotle Salsa

  • 3 dried chipotle chilies
  • 3 plum tomatoes
  • 1 Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon Cube(s)
  • 1/2 cup Mexican crema, divided
  • 1 Bring medium pot of water to a boil over high heat. Add chiles and tomatoes and boil 10 minutes or until very soft; remove 2 Tbsp. cooking water to a small microwave-safe bowl. Add Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon Cube and microwave at HIGH 20 seconds or until very hot. Drain remaining cooking water.
  • 2 When cool enough to handle, remove seeds and veins from chilies. Combine chiles, tomatoes, Bouillon mixture and half the crema in blender and blend until smooth.
  • 3 Serve salsa topped with the remaining crema.
