Bring medium pot of water to a boil over high heat. Add chiles and tomatoes and boil 10 minutes or until very soft; drain. When cool enough to handle, remove seeds and veins from chilies.
Combine chiles, tomatoes, Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon Cube, and half the crema in blender and blend until smooth.
Serve salsa topped with the remaining crema.
