- 3 dried chipotle chilies
- 3 plum tomatoes
- 1 Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon Cube(s)
- 1/2 cup Mexican crema, divided
Bring medium pot of water to a boil over high heat. Add chiles and tomatoes and boil 10 minutes or until very soft; remove 2 Tbsp. cooking water to a small microwave-safe bowl. Add Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon Cube and microwave at HIGH 20 seconds or until very hot. Drain remaining cooking water.
When cool enough to handle, remove seeds and veins from chilies. Combine chiles, tomatoes, Bouillon mixture and half the crema in blender and blend until smooth.
Serve salsa topped with the remaining crema.
