Spicy Jerk Beef One Pot
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 160℃ (140℃ fan).

  2. In a pan, add the oil and spicy jerk paste then cook gently for 2 minutes, stirring constantly to release the oils from the spices. Add the onions, stirring until golden brown. Then add the beef until brown. Mix the Knorr Rich Beef Stock Pot in 500ml of water. Then add 1/3 of the stock and stir to de-glaze the pan.

  3. Add the beef to a casserole pot and pour in the rest of the stock. Cover with a lid and put into the oven for 2 ½ hours.

  4. After 2 ½ hours, check the beef - it should be soft and add the crème fraiche. Keep the lid off and cook for a further 30 minutes in the oven or until it has reduced to a stew and the sauce thickens.

  5. Serve with rice and a sprinkling of coriander leaves and with a side of carrots and green beans.
