  • 2 grams Knorr Aromat Seasoning
  • 4 large baking potatoes, washed, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 2 large tomatoes, sliced
  • Black pepper, sprinkle for seasoning
  • 450 ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely diced
  • 1 tsp dried mixed herbs
  • 225 g Cheddar cheese, grated

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C, 160°C fan, Gas Mark 4.

  2. Arrange half the sliced potatoes in a greased, ovenproof dish.

  3. Add a layer of sliced tomatoes.

  4. Season with Knorr Aromat Seasoning and pepper.

  5. Add the rest of the sliced potatoes.

  6. Gently heat the milk and stir in the garlic and herbs.

  7. Pour the milk over the potatoes, sprinkle with cheese and bake for 1 hour until the potatoes are soft and the cheese is golden brown.
