This Paella is a great way to get your veggie intake with all the flavour of Knorr Stocks.
- 1 Knorr Vegetable Stock Pot
- 300 g rice
- 150 g orange tomatoes chopped
- 150 g green peppers chopped
- 150 g red peppers chopped
- 100 g carrots chopped
- 85 g broccoli chopped
- 1 onion diced
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- 150 ml white wine
Sauté the onions, garlic, peppers and carrots in a pan with oil. When cooked down a bit add the broccoli, tomatoes and rice.
Pour in the white wine and let it cook for a few minutes.
Mix the Knorr Vegetable Stock Pot with 500ml water and add to the pan.
Allow to cook for 15 minutes, adding more water, if necessary.
