  • 3 tsp Knorr Mushroom & Italian Herbs Seasoning
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 200 g cooked quinoa
  • 240 g drained black beans
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 4 tbsp oats
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • lettuce
  • tomato
  • 4 burger buns

  1. Roughly chop the mushrooms, place into a food processor and blitz.

  2. Add the quinoa, black beans, garlic, parsley, oats and season with Knorr Mushroom and Italian Herbs Seasoning.

  3. Blitz again until the mix combines then remove and shape into 4 burgers. Place in the fridge to chill for 30 minutes.

  4. Rub each burger with oil then pan fry on a medium heat for 3 minutes on each side.

  5. Once cooked, build your burger with a burger bun, lettuce and tomatoes.
