  • 2 tbsp Knorr Deep Smoke Liquid Seasoning
  • 2 tins of chopped tomatoes
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 medium-sized onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 handful of parsley

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the spices, onion and garlic then cook for 10 minutes.

  2. Pour in the tinned tomatoes and Knorr Deep Smoke Liquid Seasoning then simmer for 10 minutes.

  3. Create 4 hollows in the sauce and crack an egg into each space then lower the heat and cover with a lid and cook until the whites are set.

  4. Remove from the heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
