Moroccan Style Lentil and Vegetable Stew

  • 2 tsp Knorr Tomato & Garlic Seasoning
  • 1 Knorr Vegetable Stock Pot
  • 2 celery sticks
  • 200 g cauliflower florets
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tinned lentils
  • 1 tinned tomatoes
  • 1 tinned chickpeas
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 500 ml water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • coriander

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and cook the onion, carrot and celery for 5 minutes.

  2. Add the spices and cook for 1 minute then pour in the Knorr Vegetable Stock Pot and bring to a simmer.

  3. Add in the cauliflower, lentils, chickpeas and season with Knorr Tomato & Garlic Seasoning.

  4. Cook for 20 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked, then sprinkle in the chopped coriander before serving.
