Ingredients: 1 Knorr Super Chicken Noodle Soup Mix; 2 tsp gochu jang paste (red chilli paste); 1 tsp minced garlic; 120 g Chinese cabbage; 1 tsp sesame oil; 3 tsp spring onions finely sliced; 900 ml water

Serves

1 Knorr Super Chicken Noodle Soup Mix
2 tsp gochu jang paste (red chilli paste)
1 tsp minced garlic
120 g Chinese cabbage
1 tsp sesame oil
3 tsp spring onions finely sliced
900 ml water

Add ½ water to saucepan with gochujang and minced garlic and bring to simmer for 2 mins.
Whisk in rest of water and Knorr Chicken Noodle Soup powder till smooth. Bring to simmer for 3 minutes
Add finely shredded Chinese cabbage. Simmer for 1 minute.
Top with sesame oil and a sprinkle of spring onions.
