  • 1 Knorr Fish Stock Cube
  • 4 x 200 g tuna steaks
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 50 g pitted green olives, halved
  • 1 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 yellow pepper finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 6 tbsp olive oil

  1. Blend the Knorr Fish Stock Cube with 1 tablespoon of the oil to make a paste. Rub it over both sides of the tuna steaks.

  2. In a bowl add the remaining oil, onions, peppers, and lemon juice and mix together. Add the cherry tomatoes and the black and green olives to complete the dressing.

  3. Pre-heat the griddle pan till hot, add the tuna steaks and cook for approximately 2 minutes on each side so that they’re just slightly rare in the middle.

  4. Serve the steaks with the tomato and olive dressing spooned evenly over and sprinkle with parsley.
