Grilled Tuna Steaks
- 1 Knorr Fish Stock Cube
- 4 x 200 g tuna steaks
- 200 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 50 g pitted green olives, halved
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 yellow pepper finely chopped
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- juice of 1 lemon
- 6 tbsp olive oil
Blend the Knorr Fish Stock Cube with 1 tablespoon of the oil to make a paste. Rub it over both sides of the tuna steaks.
In a bowl add the remaining oil, onions, peppers, and lemon juice and mix together. Add the cherry tomatoes and the black and green olives to complete the dressing.
Pre-heat the griddle pan till hot, add the tuna steaks and cook for approximately 2 minutes on each side so that they’re just slightly rare in the middle.
Serve the steaks with the tomato and olive dressing spooned evenly over and sprinkle with parsley.
