  • 2 tsp Knorr Chilli & Smoked Paprika Seasoning
  • 400 g pumpkin
  • 1 tinned tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • 200 g grated mozzarella
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 100 g rocket leaves
  • 2 pizza bases

Chilli and Maple Glazed Roasted Pumpkin Pizza
  1. Pre-heat the oven at 200°C.

  2. Dice the pumpkin and place onto an oven tray, drizzle the oil over the pumping and roast for 10 minutes.

  3. Pour the tomatoes, tomato puree and garlic into a bowl then blitz together until smooth.

  4. On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough then spoon the pizza sauce over the base then top with cheese and the roasted pumpkin.

  5. Season with Knorr Chilli & Smoked Paprika Seasoning and drizzle with maple syrup.

  6. Place onto an oven tray and bake for 10 minutes or until golden.

  7. Finish with rocket and maple syrup to taste.
