Steam & Sizzle Air Fryer Salmon

Salmon is a go-to for a quick, healthy dinner, but it can easily end up dry or lacking flavour if the cooking or seasoning isn’t quite right. The good news?   • 2 salmon filets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon knorr Sundried tomato and herbs cooking paste
  • 300 grams potatoes
  • 150 grams ternderstem broccoli
  • lemon to serve

  1. Prep the salmon: 1. Pat the salmon dry. Rub with olive oil, then coat with: Knorr Fast & Flavourful Sundried Tomato & Herb Paste. 2. Let sit for 5–10 minutes (quick flavour boost).

  2. Cook the potatoes 3. Add potatoes to air fryer 4. Cook at 180°C for 15–18 minutes (no steam) 5. Shake halfway and remove once golden

  3. Steam + air fry the salmon 6. Add 100ml water to the steam compartment of your Philips Steamfryer 7. Place salmon in basket and cook using Steam + Air mode: 180°C for 12–15 minutes. This gives you a juicy, flaky Salmon Filet with a steamed centre and a light and crisp top.

  4. Steam the greens 8. While salmon rests, add broccoli with a splash of water 9. Steam for 3–5 minutes and finish with a squeeze of lemon
