Slow Cooker Mediterranean Chicken

  • 1 Knorr Chicken Stock Pot
  • 3 chicken breasts chopped into chunks
  • 400 g chopped tomatoes
  • 400 g butter beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 green bell pepper chopped
  • 2 onions finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
  • 75 g pitted olives
  • 2 tbsp tomato puree
  • 250 ml water
  • 1 tbsp plain flour
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 handful parsley roughly chopped

  1. Add all ingredients except parsley to the slow cooker. Add in the Knorr Stock Pot and mix well.

  2. Put the lid on and cook on high for 3-4 hours or 6 hours on low.

  3. Serve on its own or with rice, topped with chopped fresh Parsley.
