Pea and Ham Soup
Try creating our delicious yet simple recipe for Pea and Ham Soup.
- 1 Knorr Ham Stock Cube
- 120 g thickly sliced ham diced
- 400 g bag frozen peas
- 450 ml semi skimmed milk
- 2 medium sized onions chopped
- 25 g butter
- 450 ml water
Melt the butter in a large pot. Fry onion until golden brown, 6-8 minutes. Add the Knorr Ham Stock Cube and peas then simmer gently for 5 minutes until the peas are tender. Add the milk and heat.
Remove from the heat and blend in food processor until smooth. Add the ham and serve.
