  • 3 tsp Knorr Rosemary & Onion Seasoning
  • 400 g pasta
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Ramiro Pepper Mayonnaise

  • 70 g jarred peppers
  • 150 ml vegan mayonnaise
  • 10 g parsley

Pasta Chips
  1. Cook the pasta until al dente then drain and place in a bowl. Toss the pasta with oil and the Knorr Rosemary & Onion Dry Seasoning.

  2. To oven bake, preheat the oven to 200°C/ 400°C and place on a baking tray. Cook for 15-18 minutes, flipping the pasta every 4 minutes.

  3. To air fry, set the fryer to 400°C. Lightly grease the air fryer tray or basket. Add the pasta to the air fryer and cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally until the pasta is golden and crisp.

  4. For the Ramiro Pepper Mayonnaise, place the jarred peppers, parsley and vegan mayo into a blender. Blitz together and serve as a dip.
