  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 150 grams onion finely chopped
  • 450 grams chopped spinach
  • 240 mL double cream
  • 60 grams Parmesan grated
  • 300 grams penne

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  3. Add the chopped onion and sauté until it becomes translucent, about 5 minutes.

  4. Add the Aromat Garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.

  5. Add the chopped spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.

  6. Pour in the double cream and stir to combine. Let it simmer for a few minutes until the cream thickens.

  7. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and well combined.

  8. Season with Aromat Garlic to taste.
