Organic Chicken Tagine One Pot
Tender chicken, harissa and apricot make this one-pot tagine recipe super delicious. Keep it authentic and enjoy with couscous.
- 1 Knorr Organic Chicken Stock Pot
- 4 organic boneless chicken breasts
- 400 g couscous
- 400 g can chopped tomatoes
- 100 g dried apricots halved
- 1 large onion sliced
- 1 tablespoon harissa paste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- a handful of coriander
Mix the chicken with the harissa paste. Heat the olive oil in a large pan, add the chicken and fry for 2-3 mins. Remove and set aside.
Add the onion to the pan and fry for 4-5 mins until soft. Return chicken to the pan.
Stir in the Knorr Organic Chicken Stock Pot, apricots and tomatoes and cook, covered, over a low heat for 45 mins.
Serve with couscous and garnish with herbs.
