  • 2 tbsp Knorr Miso Mushroom Liquid Seasoning
  • 3 aubergines
  • 330 g tenderstem broccoli
  • 500 g cooked brown rice
  • 150 g edamame beans
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 spring onion

  1. Cut the aubergines lengthways into 8 pieces brush with the vegetable oil.

  2. Fry the aubergines in a frying pan for 2 minutes on each side.

  3. In a bowl, mix the Knorr Miso Mushroom Liquid Seasoning, honey and sesame oil together and spoon a little over the aubergines.

  4. Cook the aubergine for another 2 minutes then pour over the remaining glaze.

  5. Steam the broccoli and edamame beans until tender and heat the rice.

  6. Serve the glazed aubergines with the vegetables and rice then sprinkle the sesame seeds and sliced spring onion on top.
