Gourmet Aromat Air Fryer Wedges

  • 400 grams baby potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Knorr Aromat All Purpose Savoury Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  1. Rinse the baby potatoes under cold water to remove any dirt

  2. Pat dry with a towel

  3. Place each potato on a chopping board. Cut it lengthways in half. Place the flat side down and cut each half into 2/3 long pieces.

  4. Set your Philips Airfryer to 180°C, preheat for 3–5 minutes

  5. Place wedges in the air fryer in a single layer, aand sprinkle with Aromat Original. Don’t overcrowd the basket... leave a bit of space for airflow

  6. Cook at 180°C for 20 minutes

  7. After 10–12 minutes, shake the basket. This helps them cook evenly and go golden all over soft and fluffy inside

  8. The wedges are ready when they are golden and crispy on the outside and

  9. Sprinkle a little extra Aromat on top for an extra boost of flavour!
