Knorr® Béchamel Classic Sauce


A classic French white sauce. Ideal for chicken à la King recipes or with vegetables, fish and ham. 


Wheat flour, Sugars (corn syrup solids, sugar, maltodextrin), Modified milk ingredients, Salt, Corn starch, Hydrolyzed corn protein, Sunflower oil, Onion powder, Cream cheese, Spice, Silicon dioxide, Modified corn starch, Dipotassium phosphate, Sodium citrate, Monoglycerides, Annatto, Citric acid, BHA. 

Contains Cereals containing gluten and their derivates, Milk and its derivates, Wheat and its derivates.

How to use

1.In saucepan, whisk sauce mix into 2 cups (500 mL) milk until blended. 2. Whisking constantly, bring to a boil over medium-high heat. 3. Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes, whisking constantly. Makes 2 cups (500 mL) sauce. For a lower fat sauce, use skim or 1% milk.
