Crispy Bang Bang Broccoli
SERVES: 4 TOTAL TIME: 25min
Broccoli doesn’t have to be boring. With the right flavours in your corner, this spicy-sweet will have you yelling from the top ropes.
- 1 lb. (450 g) broccoli florets
- 1 ½ cups (350 mL) all-purpose flour, divided
- ½ cup (120 mL) corn starch
- 2 Knorr® Vegetable Bouillon Cubes, crumbled, divided
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) baking powder
- 1 ½ cups (350 mL) plant-based milk or milk of choice
- 2 ½ Tbsp. (37 mL) chili crisp, divided
- 2 ½ cups (590 mL) panko breadcrumbs
- 1 cup (250 mL) Hellmann’s® Plant-Based Mayo, or Hellmann’s ® Spicy Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup (60 mL) maple syrup
- Sliced green onions for garnish (optional)
- Preheat air fryer to 425℉. (220℃)
- Cut broccoli florets into bite-sized pieces. Add to medium bowl; sprinkle with ½ cup (120 mL) flour and toss until well coated.
- In another medium bowl, combine remaining 1 cup (250 mL) flour, corn starch, 1 crumbled Knorr® Vegetable Bouillon Cube, and baking powder. Combine milk and 1Tbsp. (15 mL) chili crisp. Make a well in center of flour mixture. Slowly pour in milk and chili crisp mixture and whisk until smooth.
- In shallow dish, rub remaining 1 crumbled Knorr® Vegetable Bouillon Cube into breadcrumbs until well blended.
- To coat broccoli, dip broccoli florets into batter, ensuring they are fully coated and letting excess batter drip back into bowl.
- Transfer battered broccoli to dish with breadcrumbs and coat completely.
- Spray battered broccoli with no-stick cooking spray. Place coated broccoli in preheated air fryer and cook 20 minutes, flipping halfway through to achieve crispiness.
- Meanwhile make sauce by whisking Mayonnaise, remaining chili crisp, and maple syrup to create a spicy sauce.
- Pour sauce over the cooked broccoli; toss and enjoy. Garnish with sliced green onions if desired.

Korean Style Chicken Fajitas
SERVES: 4 TOTAL TIME: 28min
Under seasoned chicken has no place in the ring, or on your plate. Put that boring old drumstick in a figure 4 leg lock with this spicy, simple classic.
Gochujang Sauce:
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) rice vinegar
- 1 Knorr® Chicken Bouillon Cube, crumbled
- 2 ½ Tbsp. (37 mL) Korean mild gochujang paste, or to taste
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) dark sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 Tbsp. (7.5 mL) freshly grated ginger
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) chili crisp
Sheet-pan Fajitas
- ½ Tbsp. (7.5 mL) dark sesame oil
- 1 Knorr® Chicken Bouillon Cube, crumbled
- 1 lb. (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 large red onion, sliced
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) cilantro leaves
- 8 flour tortillas, warmed
- Preheat oven to 425°F. (220℃). Coat rimmed baking sheet with no-stick cooking spray.
- For Gochujang Sauce, mash vinegar and Bouillon Cube in medium bowl with a fork until a paste forms. Add remaining Sauce ingredients and whisk util blended.
- For Sheet Pan Fajitas, mash sesame oil and Bouillon Cube in large bowl with a fork until a paste forms. Add sliced chicken and vegetables and toss until coated.
- Pour Gochujang Sauce over chicken and vegetables and toss until coated. Spread into a single layer on prepared pan.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked and vegetables are tender.
- Sprinkle with cilantro and serve with tortillas. Serve with lime wedges if desired.

Smash Burgers with Dill Pickle Potatoes
SERVES: 4 TOTAL TIME: 30min
Boring burgers? Say your prayers. Bite into something with a little kick instead with this easy-to-execute recipe.
Dill Pickle Potatoes:
- 1 ½ Tbsp. (22 mL) olive oil or canola oil
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) dill pickle juice
- 1 Knorr® Chicken or Vegetable Bouillon Cube, crumbled
- 1 lb. (450 g) fingerling potatoes, halved lengthwise
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) chopped fresh dill
Smash Burgers:
- 1 Knorr® Beef Bouillon Cube, crumbled
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) plain dry breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup (60 mL) minced onion
- 1 lb. (450 g) ground beef
- 2 tsp. (10 mL) olive oil or canola oil, divided
- 2 slices cheddar cheese, slices quartered
- 8 slider buns
- 8 pieces lettuce
- 8 slices tomato
- For Dill Pickle Potatoes, preheat oven to 450℉. (232℃) Coat rimmed baking sheet with no-stick cooking spray.
- Put oil, pickle juice and Knorr® Chicken or Vegetable Bouillon Cube in large bowl and mash with a fork into a paste. Add potatoes and dill and toss until coated.
- Spread potatoes in single layer on prepared pan. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, or until browned and tender.
- Meanwhile to make Smash Burgers, rub Knorr® Beef Bouillon Cube into breadcrumbs using your fingers. Add to large bowl. Add Mayonnaise and onions and stir until blended. Add ground beef and mix until well blended. Form into 8 balls.
- Heat 1 tsp. (5 mL) oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add 4 balls, pressing them to flatten with a flat metal spatula. Cook to desired doneness, turning once, until browned. Remove from skillet and top with cheese. Cover with foil for cheese to melt.
- Repeat with remaining oil, balls and cheese.
- Serve burgers on buns with lettuce and tomato and serve with Dill Pickle Potatoes sprinkled with additional dill if desired.

I. Your Privacy Rights

II. Guest Obligations
- By signing up for and attending the Event, you are considered a “guest” as that term is used throughout these Terms and Conditions.
- All guests must comply with the Event's rules and regulations, as well as any instructions provided by Event staff.
- Guests must follow all venue rules, local, municipal, provincial, and/or federal laws as applicable, including but not limited to with respect to rules concerning the consumption of alcohol and the use of tobacco and/or cannabis.
- Guests must be of legal age to purchase and/or consume alcohol. Proof of age will be required.
- Guests must refrain from promoting the consumption of alcohol, tobacco, cannabis, and any illicit drugs in connection with the Knorr brand.
- Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their personal belongings.
- Guests who have allergies or dietary restrictions must notify Event organizers in advance and exercise caution during the Event.
- Any guest behaving in a disruptive or unsafe manner may be removed from the Event at the discretion of the organizers.
III. Photography/Videography/Likeness Release
- By attending the Event, guests consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded by the organizers and/or Event staff.
- By tagging Unilever or any Unilever-owned brand, including Knorr and/or Knorr Canada, in any posts on social media related to the Event (the “Content”), you consent to (a) Unilever, as well as other sponsors and the venue operators, and its and their parent, subsidiary and affiliate organizations and their respective agents and representatives (the “Event Parties”), reposting, saving, and/or otherwise reproducing the Content on its own social media channels, and (b) if such Content contains the name, image, likeness, voice, biographical information and statements attributed to you or any member of your party, or if you otherwise provide any photographs, video footage, and/or interviews to the Event Parties (together with Content, “Material Containing You”), you hereby agree that: (i) you shall have no right to object to or approve any use of Material Containing You, including in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other voiceovers and images, in any media now known or hereinafter devised including, but not limited to in-store, retail and digital use, and for any purpose whatsoever including, but not limited to, marketing, advertising and promotional efforts (“Advertising”); (ii) you have no rights in or to the Advertising, and all Advertising shall be owned solely and exclusively by Unilever; (iii) prior to publishing any Content, you have obtained the consent of any party members who appear in the Content to Unilever reposting, saving, and/or otherwise reproducing the Content on its own social media channels and/or otherwise using the Content in any media and for any purpose whatsoever including Advertising, and (iv) nothing herein will constitute any obligation on any Unilever Party to make use of any Materials Containing You or any rights contained herein.
- You hereby release and discharge all Event Parties and each of their officers, agents, employees, heirs, assigns, successors in interest, and legal representatives and all persons associated therewith (“Releasees”) from any liability or claim arising by virtue of any use, distortion or alteration of your likeness, optical illusion or use of your likeness in composite form, whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in any photograph, video, film or any other form of media, or in any subsequent processing thereof, as well as any publication thereof, including without limitation any claims for moral rights of any description, defamation, copyright infringement, fees for any uses, libel, slander or invasion of your privacy or right of publicity; and agree not to use or instate any action against Releasees for which you have granted such waiver and release. This release and all terms thereof shall be binding upon, and enure to, the benefit of the parties, their successors, assigns and executors, administrators, personal representatives and heirs. You hereby waive the benefits of any statute or law that purports to limit the effect of this release.
IV. General Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims and Indemnity
- By participating in the Event, you assume all risks associated with the Event, including but not limited to the consumption of food and beverages, including alcoholic beverages, physical activities, the potential for dangerous physical activity by others impacting me, and the presence of allergens in food.
- You release the Releasees from any liability for any loss, injury, reaction, or damage suffered as a result of participating in the Event.
- You waive any claims against the Releasees for any loss, injury, reaction or damage that may occur during the Event.
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their participation in or attendance at the Event.
- TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, SHALL THE RELEASEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE EVENT, EVEN IF ANY OR ALL OF THE RELEASEES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF OR COULD HAVE REASONABLY FORESEEN THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, THEREFORE SUCH EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH PROVINCES, THE LIABILITY OF THE RELEASEES SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
V. General Terms and Conditions
- The Event organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the Event at any time without prior notice.
- These terms and conditions are subject to change, and any changes will be communicated to guests in a timely manner.
- If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
- The Event is governed by the laws of the province where the Event is held, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that province.
- By clicking “I Accept” you confirm that you have read and acknowledged all terms and conditions specified here, and you represent, warrant, covenant and agree that: (a) you are of the age of majority and have the fully right, power and authority to agree to these terms and conditions and grant the consents, rights, releases and authorizations hereunder; and (b) you will refrain from any offensive or distasteful remarks or conduct and will conduct yourself in a courteous and professional manner at all times during your participation and/or attendance at the Event.
- All controversies or questions with respect to these terms and conditions shall be determined in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario, without regard to conflict or choice of law principles that would result in applying the law of any other jurisdiction.
