A light and creamy sauce, excellent for Chicken à la King or with seafood served over vol-au-vent.

How to use

1. In saucepan, whisk sauce mix into 1 cup (250 mL) EACH cold water and milk until blended. 2. Whisking constantly, bring to boil over medium-high heat. 3. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes, whisking frequently. Makes 2 cups (500 mL) sauce. For a lower fat sauce, use skim or 1% milk.
