Beef Goulash Soup

- 25 g Flora Buttery
- 175 g minced beef
- 1 large onion, peeled and chopped
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 800 g can tomatoes
- 300 ml water
- 1 Knorr beef stock cube
- 1 red pepper, deseeded and chopped
Melt the Flora in a saucepan and sauté the beef and onion until browned.
Add the carrots, garlic, paprika, caraway seeds, tomatoes, and stock. Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 40 minutes.
Stir in the pepper and cook a further 10 minutes. Serve with crusty bread.
