COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

1.     This promotion is open to residents of The United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Employees must obtain their employer’s consent to enter.

2.     The following are not eligible to enter this Promotion: employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

How to Enter

3.     To enter, QR code within the Knorr x Philips artwork in store and complete the form.

4.     The opening date for entries is 09:00 am GMT on 17^th June 2026 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 11:59 pm GMT on 14^th July 2026.

5.     Purchase not necessary; however, internet access and a valid email address is required.

Entry Requirements

6.     The promotion is limited to one entry per email address. No entrant may win more than one prize.

7.     Any use by entrants of multiple identities or identities other than their own to enter this Promotion will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether an entrant has already submitted an entry and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize entitlement.

8.     Automated entries, scripts, or entries made through bots, AI systems, or any other automated means are prohibited. The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries, including through CAPTCHA or other human verification tools, and to disqualify any entry suspected of being generated or assisted by automated technology. The Promoter’s decision regarding the validity of any entry shall be final and made in its sole discretion.

9.     By participating in this promotion, you agree to release, discharge and hold us harmless from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from your participation in this promotion (save that nothing shall limit our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

10.  Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

Prizes

11.  There are 75 prizes in total. Each winner will receive 1x Philips 3000s Dual air fryer  NA352/00 AF’s.

12.  Colour of the Air Fryer may vary; colour cannot be chosen by the winner.

Selection of Winners

13.  Use for random prize draws – All valid entries received on or before the closing date will be entered into a random number generator. The first 75 entries drawn at random will each win a prize.

14.  If, after a winner has been selected, the Promoter reasonably determines that the winning entry was made, generated, or assisted by automated means (including but not limited to AI systems or bots), or otherwise in breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may declare that entry invalid and select an alternative winner in accordance with these terms and conditions. The Promoter’s decision in this regard shall be final and made in its sole discretion.

15.  The winner(s) will receive an email within 30 days of the closing date. The winner(s) must claim their prize by responding to the email confirming their full name, email address, and postal address and mobile number for fulfilment purposes within 7 days of the point of win notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse, and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these terms and conditions.

16.  The Promoter will share the winners' personal details with Versuni, for prize fulfilment, who will send the Philips Airfryer. 

17.  If you are selected as a winner and Unilever receives a request from a consumer to confirm that a valid prize award took place, Unilever will share the first letter of both your first name and surname with them, e.g. “AA”. If the UK Advertising Standards Authority request confirmation that a valid award took place, we will share information such as your first and last name directly with them.

 

18.  The winner’s initials of first and last name may be made available on request by emailing unilevercustomercare@unileverconsumerlink.co.uk within 5 weeks of the closing date.

General Terms

19.  By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules.  All entry instructions form part of the rules.

20. The Promoter, Unilever, reserve the right to terminate this Promotion early in the event of exceptional circumstances outside of their control.  

21.  Entrants’ personal data will be processed for the purpose of administering this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by its agents. Entrant’s details will not be passed onto another third party for any other purpose without prior consent. Entrants' personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.unilevernotices.com/privacy-notices/united-kingdom-english.html  

22.  These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
