  • 1 1/2 lbs. (675 g) fingerling potatoes, halved
  • 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) olive oil or canola oil
  • 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) Knorr® Zero Salt Roasted Garlic Bouillon

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Spray 11 x 7-in. (30 x 45-cm) baking dish with cooking spray.

  2. Toss potatoes, olive oil and Knorr® Zero Salt Bouillon in medium bowl. Spread potatoes in single layer in prepared baking dish. Bake 30 minutes, or until browned and tender.
