How to use
The soup is almost ready! 1. In a large saucepan, whisk soup mix with 4 cups (1 L) cold water. 2. Bring to a boil over moderately high heat, whisking constantly. 3. Lower the heat, partially cover and simmer gently for 7 minutes. (Give it a stir now and then.) Makes 4 servings.
