  • 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) olive oil
  • 1 can (540 mL) low sodium cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 large red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 large clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. (2 mL) coarsely chopped fresh rosemary leaves
  • 1 pouch Knorr® Sidekicks® Tomato Alfredo Pasta Side Dish
  • 1 package (142 g) baby spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) grated Parmesan cheese

  1. HEAT olive oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook beans and red pepper, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes. Add garlic and rosemary and cook 1 minute. Remove and set aside.

  2. PREPARE Knorr® Sidekicks® Tomato Alfredo Pasta Side Dish in same skillet according to package directions, stirring in spinach during the last 2 minutes of cook time until wilted.

  3. STIR in bean mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; now it's delicious. Dig in!
