  • 2 slices bacon, cut into thin strips
  • 1 cup (250 mL) yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 cup (250 mL) red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 package Knorr® Sidekicks® Chicken Pasta Side Dish
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) cheddar cheese or Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 cups (500 mL) cut-up cooked rotisserie chicken
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) fresh parsley leaves, chopped

  1. Prepare Knorr® Sidekicks® Chicken Pasta Side Dish in same saucepan according to package directions. Stir in chicken, cheese, peppers and onion during the last 2 minutes of cook time. Garnish with chopped parsley.
