  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) Knorr ® Za’atar Seasoning Blend
  • 1 lb. (450 g) thin carrots with green tops, tops trimmed to 3-in. (7.5 cm), halved lengthwise
  • 1 sweet potato, cut into 1 1/2-in. (4 cm)thick slices
  • 1 lb. (450 g) asparagus, trimmed
  • 4 (4 oz.) (4(113 g)) salmon fillets

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Combine olive oil and Knorr® Za’atar Seasoning Blend; reserve 1 Tbsp. (15mL) seasoning mixture. Toss vegetables with remaining seasoning mixture and season, desired,
    with salt. Arrange on baking sheet and roast 20 minutes.
    Remove from oven.

  3. Brush salmon with reserved seasoning mixture and season, if desired, with salt. Arrange salmon over vegetables.
    Roast 20 minutes or until salmon is just cooked through and vegetables are tender.
