Salmon Herb Pasta

Salmon, dill and lemon zest are cooked with butter and herb pasta for a flavourful meal that is a source of fibre and iron and ready in 20 minutes.

  • 1 package Knorr® Sidekicks® Butter & Herb Pasta Side Dish
  • 1/2 tsp. (2 mL) dried dill
  • 1 tsp. (5 mL) finely grated lemon peel
  • 1 cup (250 mL) frozen peas
  • 1 lb. (450 g) boneless, skinless salmon fillets, cut into 2-in (5 cm) pieces

  1. Prepare Knorr® Sidekicks® Butter & Herb Pasta Side Dish according to package directions adding dill and lemon peel and gently stirring in peas and salmon during last 5 minutes cooking time. Cook until salmon is cooked through and noodles are tender.

  2. Remove from heat and let stand 2 minutes; stir gently and serve.
