  • 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) oil
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 cup (250 mL) sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup (250 mL) sliced orange bell pepper
  • 1 cup (250 mL) sliced carrots
  • 1 cup (250 mL) cut up broccoli
  • 1 packet Knorr® Sidekicks® Tomato Alfredo Pasta Side Dish
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) grated Asiago cheese
  • 1 mL broccoli

  1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook vegetables, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes or until tender.

  2. Prepare Knorr® Sidekicks® Tomato Alfredo Pasta Side Dish in same skillet according to package directions 8 minutes or until pasta is cooked. Remove from heat and let stand 2 minutes. Stir in cheese.
