  • 1 cup (250 mL) 1-in. (2.5 cm) pieces asparagus
  • 1 cup (250 mL) cubed cooked ham
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) thinly sliced leek (white and light green part only)
  • 1 package Knorr® Alfredo Pasta Sauce Mix
  • 1 cup (250 mL) 2% milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) shredded Swiss cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray 9-inch (2.5 L) pie plate with no-stick cooking spray. Place asparagus, ham and leek in bottom of pie plate.

  2. Whisk Knorr® Alfredo Pasta Sauce Mix with milk In large bowl until dissolved. Whisk in eggs, then pour into pie plate over ham and vegetables and sprinkle with cheese.

  3. Bake 35 minutes or until quiche is set and top is golden.
