  • 1 tsp. (5 mL) sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp. (2 mL) grated fresh ginger
  • 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) vegetable oil, divided
  • 1 package (454 g) firm tofu, patted dry and cut into into 1-in/2.5 cm cubes
  • 2 large carrots, thinly sliced
  • 1 large red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup (250 mL) snow peas
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) shelled edamame
  • 2 cups (500 mL) water
  • 1 pouch Knorr® Sidekicks® Honey Garlic Noodles Pasta Side Dish

  1. Combine sesame oil and ginger in medium bowl. Heat 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) vegetable oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add tofu cubes, seasoned if desired with salt, and cook 5 minutes until golden brown on both sides. Remove to bowl with sesame oil and ginger and toss to coat; set aside.

  2. Heat remaining 1 Tbsp.(15 mL) vegetable oil in same skillet and cook carrots, bell pepper and snow peas 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until crisp-tender. Stir in edamame and cook 1 minute more. Remove and set aside.

  3. Stir water into same skillet and bring to a boil. Stir in Knorr® Sidekicks® Honey Garlic Noodles Pasta Side Dish. Reduce heat, cover and gently boil 7 minutes. Stir in reserved tofu and vegetables. Serve, if desired, garnished with chopped green onion and toasted sesame seeds.
