  • 1 lb. (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size chunks
  • 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) olive oil
  • 2 large cloves garlic, finely chopped, (about 1 Tbsp.)
  • 1 cup (250 mL) halved green beans
  • 2 cups (500 mL) water
  • 1 pouch Knorr® Sidekicks® Garlic Alfredo Fettuccine Pasta Side Dish
  • 2 cups (500 mL) halved grape tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) chopped parsley
  • 4 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese

  1. SEASON chicken, if desired, with salt and pepper. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked, about 5 minutes, stirring in garlic during last 30 seconds. Remove and set aside.

  2. ADD green beans to same skillet and cook 1 minute. Add water and bring water to a boil. Stir Knorr® Sidekicks® Garlic Alfredo Fettuccine Pasta Side Dish, cover; reduce heat and cook, stirring occasionally, 7 minutes or until pasta is tender.

  3. STIR in chicken, tomatoes and lemon juice and cook 2 to 3 minutes or until a sauce forms. Sprinkle with parsley and grated parmesan cheese; now it's delicious. Dig in!
