  • 1 lb. (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) oil, divided
  • 1 package (227 g) cremini mushrooms, halved lengthwise, then cut into small wedges, (4 cups/1 L)
  • 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 large cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 6 ounces (180 g) broccoli rabe *, trimmed and chopped, (3 packed cups/ 750 packed mL)
  • 1 cup (250 mL) water
  • 1 cup (250 mL) lowfat milk
  • 1 pouch Knorr® Sidekicks® Chicken Broccoli Fettuccine Pasta Side Dish

  1. SEASON chicken, if desired, with salt and pepper. Heat 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked, about 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.

  2. HEAT remaining oil in same skillet over medium-high heat and cook mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes and garlic, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms have released their liquid and are lightly browned, about 4 minutes. Stir in broccoli rabe and cook until wilted, about 3 minutes. Remove and set aside.

  3. STIR water, milk and Knorr® Sidekicks® Chicken Broccoli Fettuccine Pasta Side Dish into same skillet and bring to a boil. Cover; reduce heat and cook, stirring occasionally, 8 minutes or until pasta is tender. Stir in chicken and vegetables and serve, if desired, with grated Parmesan; now it's delicious. Dig in!

* Replace broccoli rabe with small broccoli florets if desired. Increase cooking time to 5 minutes.\nPlant-Based Tip: Try replacing chicken with 1 can (540 mL) cannellini beans, rinsed & drained. Cook in oil for 2 minutes, remove. Then continue as above.
