PRECALIENTA el horno a 350°. Calienta el aceite en una sartén antiadherente grande que puedas meter al horno a fuego medio alto y cocina los pimientos morrones, la cebolla y el chile en polvo, mezclando ocasionalmente, hasta que estén suaves, por aproximadamente 10 minutos. Sazona con sal si lo deseas. Remueve y reserva.

AGREGA el agua y Knorr® Fiesta Sides™ - Spanish Rice en la misma sartén y lleva a ebullición. Reduce el fuego y deja hervir a fuego lento y cubierto hasta que la mayoría del líquido haya sido absorbido y el arroz esté suave, por aproximadamente 7 minutos.

INCORPORA la mezcla de pimiento morrón y luego cubre con huevos. Hornea por 15 minutos o hasta que haya cuajado. Cubre con queso y adorna, si lo deseas, con crema agria, aceitunas españolas y perejil picado; ahora está deliciosa. ¡Disfrútala!
