Smoky Honey Glazed Vegetable Skewer

The wonderful caramelisation you get from honey and Knorr Deep Smoke Liquid Seasoning glaze makes every colourful vegetable on this skewer sing with flavour.

  • 2 tbsp Knorr Deep Smoke Liquid Seasoning
  • 2 red onions
  • 2 courgettes
  • 2 red peppers
  • 2 yellow peppers
  • 2 green peppers
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey

  1. Cut the courgettes into circles and all the remaining vegetables into 2” dice then thread onto wooden skewers.

  2. Bake the skewers in a pre-heated oven for 5 minutes at 200C.

  3. In a bowl, mix the honey, olive oil and Knorr Deep Smoke Liquid Seasoning together then brush half over the skewers and bake for another 5 minutes at 200C.

  4. Remove the skewers from the oven and brush with remaining glaze.

  5. Serve with pitta bread, tzatziki and mixed salad.
