  • 1 Knorr Vegetable Stock Cubes
  • 1 large cauliflower cut into florets
  • 200 ml buttermilk OR 200ml milk with 1tbsp lemon juice
  • 50 g corn flakes
  • 2 spring onions finely chopped
  • 50 g plain flour
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp red chilli flakes

  1. Crumble the stock cube and mix into a slurry with a splash of hot water.

  2. Mix the stock paste with buttermilk then fold through the cauliflower florets. Cover and marinate overnight.

  3. Mix the flour, crushed cornflakes and chilli flakes then dust the cauliflower florets in the cornflake mix.

  4. Fry the cauliflower florets at 170c until crispy and golden. Drain and toss then sprinkle with sesame seeds and spring onion.
