Ingredients
- Pasta raw, boiled in salted water
- Oil
- KNORR chicken cubes, crumbled
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- Blended tomato, red pepper and chilli mix
- Tomato paste
- Cayenne pepper
- Sugar
- Coarse ground black pepper
- Deveined, shelled prawns
- 3 spring onions, chopped
Cooking Methods

Boil the pasta and drain.

In a frying pan, heat the oil and fry the onion and garlic until just done.

Add the red bell pepper and fry for 2 minutes.

Add the blended tomato chilli mix and the tomato paste, KNORR crumbled cubes, and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add the prawns and simmer until done.

Add the sugar and black pepper.

Stir in the cooked pasta and chopped spring onions and serve as a salad.
