Ingredients

  • Pasta raw, boiled in salted water
  • Oil
  • KNORR chicken cubes, crumbled
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • Blended tomato, red pepper and chilli mix
  • Tomato paste
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Sugar
  • Coarse ground black pepper
  • Deveined, shelled prawns
  • 3 spring onions, chopped

Cooking Methods

  1. Boil the pasta and drain.

  2. In a frying pan, heat the oil and fry the onion and garlic until just done.

  3. Add the red bell pepper and fry for 2 minutes.

  4. Add the blended tomato chilli mix and the tomato paste, KNORR crumbled cubes, and simmer for 5 minutes.

  5. Add the prawns and simmer until done.

  6. Add the sugar and black pepper.

  7. Stir in the cooked pasta and chopped spring onions and serve as a salad.
