Peri Peri Prawns

  • KNORR beef stock
  • Ground black pepper
  • Tomato puree
  • 2 green chillies
  • Ground cayenne
  • Ground paprika
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Vegetable oil
  • Water
  • Prawns, deveined, head on
  • Butter
  • 1 lemon
  • Cream
  • 4 spring onions chopped

  1. Mix the KNORR cubes, garlic, herbs and spices and oil in a bowl.

  2. Add the prawns and mix well. Leave to marinate for 6 hours in the fridge.

  3. Heat the butter in a pan and add the prawns and marinade and cook until the prawns are pink.

  4. Squeeze in the lemon juice and cream just before serving.

  5. Serve with rice and chopped spring onions.
