- KNORR beef stock
- Lean beef mince
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 onion
- Ground paprika
- Dry breadcrumbs
- Dried thyme
- Ground cumin
- Ground cayenne pepper
- 1 egg beaten
- Sauce: water
- 1 tin chopped tomatoes
- Tomato paste
- 1 chilli chopped
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Ground paprika
- Coarse ground black pepper
- Spaghetti cooked and drained
Cooking Methods

Combine the mince, chopped onion, garlic, ground paprika, crumbled KNORR cubes, breadcrumbs, cumin, cayenne pepper and egg in a bowl and mix well.

Shape into meatballs and fry in oil until browned.

Add the water, chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, black pepper, chopped chilli and ground paprika and simmer for 10 minutes.

Stir in the chopped parsley.

Serve with cooked, drained spaghetti.
