Creamy cheesey chilli noodles

Ingredients
- KNORR beef stock 24g
- Milk 300g 300ml
- Vegetable oil 15g 15ml
- Mince meat 400g
- Black pepper ground 5ml
- 1 onion, chopped 160g
- 2 chillies, chopped
- Ground paprika powder 10ml
- Chopped parsley 10ml
- Flour 30ml
- Cheddar cheese, grated 100g
- Raw pasta 250g
Cooking Methods

Bring a pot of water to the boil, add salt and boil pasta until al dente

Drain and set aside

In a pot, fry the onion and chilli until soft

Add the mince and brown well

Stir in the crumbled KNORR beef stock, the paprika and black pepper

Add the milk and bring to the boil

Mix the flour with some water to make a paste and add to the mince and stir until thick

Stir in the grated cheese and chopped parsley.

Stir in the pasta and serve with salad
