  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 red or green Thai chilies or serrano chilies, halved and seeded
  • 4 garlic, sliced
  • 4 ounces (113 g) sliced mushrooms
  • 2 plum tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 pkg. (440 g.) firm tofu or 1 lb (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
  • 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) lime juice

  3. Remove from heat and stir in lime juice and cilantro. Serve with Thai chili paste or sriracha if desired.
