  • 1 2/3 cups (400 mL) water
  • 1 cup (250 mL) lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) olive oil, divided
  • 1 pouch Knorr® Sidekicks® Homestyle Cheddar Pasta Side Dish
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) roasted red peppers, cut into strips
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 lb. (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size chunks
  • 2 package (142 g. ea.) baby spinach leaves

  1. BRING water, milk and 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) olive oil to a boil in large saucepan. Stir in Knorr® Sidekicks® Homestyle Cheddar Pasta Side Dish. Continue boiling over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 13 minutes or until pasta is tender.

  2. HEAT remaining 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) olive oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook garlic 30 seconds. Add chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked, about 5 minutes. Add roasted peppers and cook 1 minute.

  3. ADD spinach and cook 2 minutes. Stir in hot Pasta; now it's delicious. Dig in!
