  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) Knorr ® Za’atar Seasoning Blend
  • 1 lb. (450 g) multicolor carrots, cut into 3-in. (7.5 mL) long thin pieces
  • 1 lb. (450 g) baby red new potatoes, cut into bite-size chunks
  • 1 lb. (450 g) broccoli rabe, trimmed and cut into bite-size pieces
  • 8 ounces (227 g) small cauliflower florets
  • 1 bulb garlic, halved crosswise
  • 2 tsp. (10 mL) hemp seeds

Spring Oven Veggies
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Combine oil with Knorr® Za’atar Seasoning Blend and toss with vegetables until evenly coated. Season, if desired,
    with salt; arrange on prepared baking sheet.

  3. Roast 25 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Sprinkle with hemp seeds. Serve, if desired, with a yogurt and fresh herb sauce.
