  • 1 1/4 lbs. (567 g) 93% lean ground beef
  • 5 ounces (150 g) shiitake mushroom caps, diced small, (2 cups/500 mL)
  • 3 ounces (90 g) baby spinach leaves or,, (2 packed cups/500 mL) chopped small
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped, (1 cup/250 mL)
  • 3/4 cup (175 mL) quick oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) Knorr® Zero Salt Beef Bouillon

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Coat shallow baking dish or baking pan with cooking spray.

  2. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Thoroughly mix until well blended. Place in prepared baking dish and form into an oval loaf (about 11-in/28 cm. long and 3-in/7.5 cm high).

  3. Bake uncovered 30 min or meatloaf is done. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
