  • 1 lb. (450 g) lean ground beef
  • 2 tsp. (5 mL) Knorr ® Harissa Seasoning Blend

  1. Preheat grill. Combine ground beef and Knorr® Harissa Seasoning Blend. For best results, season with salt. Shape into 4 patties and grill until done.

  2. Serve, if desired, on buns or in pitas with sliced cucumbers, plain yogurt, chopped fresh mint and a squeeze of fresh lemon.
