  • 1 -lb. (450 g) salmon fillet, cut into 4 pieces
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced (about 1/2 cup) [125 mL]
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tsp. (10 mL) Knorr ® Shichimi Togarashi Seasoning Blend
  • 2 tsp. (10 mL) sugar
  • 2 tsp. (10 mL) finely chopped fresh ginger

  1. PLACE salmon in 8-inch (20 cm) square glass baking dish.

  2. COMBINE green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, Knorr® Shichimi Togarashi Seasoning Blend, sugar and ginger in medium bowl. Pour over salmon and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.

  3. PREHEAT oven to 375° F (190° C). Uncover and bake 20 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork; now it's delicious. Dig in! Serve, if desired, with hot cooked rice or soba noodles.
