  • 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) vegetable oil
  • 1 lb. (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups (500 mL) water
  • 1 pouch Knorr® Sidekicks® Butter & Herb Pasta Side Dish
  • 2 cups green beans, cut in half
  • 1/2 tsp. (2 mL) dried rosemary leaves
  • 1 cup (250 mL) halved grape tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) lemon juice

Rosemary Chicken with Herbed Pasta
  1. HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, seasoned with salt and pepper if desired, and cook, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked, about 5 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.

  2. ADD water to same skillet and bring to a boil. Stir in Knorr® Sidekicks® Butter & Herb Pasta Side Dish, green beans and rosemary. Reduce heat to medium and cook 7 minutes covered, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.

  3. STIR in reserved chicken, tomatoes and lemon juice. Now it's delicious. Dig in!
