  • 2 packs Knorr Pesto sauce mix
  • 1 1/2 cups 1% milk
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese shavings
  • 8 ounces pasta cooked and drained

  1. Blend 2 packs of Knorr® Pesto sauce mix with milk and olive oil in a 2-quart saucepan with wire whisk. Bring the sauce to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring often. Reduce heat to low and simmer for an additional 3 minutes. Stir in cheese and simmer for 1 minute, or until slightly thickened and cheese is well blended.

  2. Toss sauce with hot pasta in large serving bowl. Sprinkle, if desired, with ground black pepper.
