  • 1 -lb. (450 g) boneless pork shoulder, excess fat trimmed
  • 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) Knorr ® Korean BBQ Seasoning Blend
  • 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) low sodium soy sauce
  • 3 tsp. (15 mL) toasted sesame oil, divided
  • 2 tsp. (10 mL) rice vinegar
  • 3/4 tsp. (3 mL) salt

Marinated Korean Pork
  1. PLACE pork in freezer 1 hour until firm but not frozen through. Thinly slice ¼-inch (6 mm) thick; set aside.

  2. COMBINE Knorr® Korean BBQ Seasoning Blend, soy sauce, 2 tsp. (10 mL) sesame oil, vinegar and salt in medium bowl. Add pork and stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.

  3. HEAT remaining 1 tsp. (5 mL) sesame oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook pork in 2 batches, turning once, until pork is done, about 3 minutes. Now it's delicious. Dig in!
